By accessing and using VidGens, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

VidGens is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create professional videos using advanced AI models including Sora and Veo 2. Our service includes: • AI Video Generation with multi-scene support • Smart script generation from text input • video merging and processing • 4K quality output with commercial licensing • Credit-based usage system Users receive 1,000 credits upon purchase of the Pro Plan, enabling the creation of approximately 20 complete videos (8 scenes each).

To access VidGens features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

VidGens operates on a credit-based system: • Pro Plan: $9.99 for 1,000 credits • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable • Average cost per complete video (8 scenes): $0.30 • Monthly subscriptions All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our pricing structure.

You agree not to use VidGens to: • Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Produce sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content • Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination • Create misleading deepfakes or impersonate others maliciously • Spam, harass, or engage in fraudulent activities • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Content Ownership: • You retain ownership of content you create using VidGens • Our Pro Plan includes full commercial licensing rights • You are responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with all applicable laws Platform Rights: • We retain the right to use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models • We may showcase user-generated content (with permission) for promotional purposes • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies

All VidGens platform content, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of VidGens and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design • Use our trademarks without written permission • Claim ownership of our proprietary technology • Create derivative works based on our platform The AI models (Sora, Veo 2) are licensed from their respective providers and subject to their terms of use.

We collect and process: Personal Data: • Name and email address • Payment information (processed by Stripe) • Account preferences and settings Usage Data: • Video generation history and prompts • Credit usage and transaction records • Platform interaction analytics We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Service Availability: • VidGens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • AI-generated content quality may vary • Processing times may fluctuate based on server load Liability Limitations: • We are not liable for content you generate or how you use it • Maximum liability limited to the amount you paid for credits • We are not responsible for third-party AI model limitations • Users assume all risks associated with content creation and distribution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Fraudulent or abusive behavior • Creating prohibited content • Non-payment or payment disputes • Extended account inactivity Upon termination: • You lose access to all account features • Unused credits are forfeited (non-refundable) • Generated content may be deleted after 30 days • You may not create new accounts without permission

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via: • Email notification to registered users • Notice on our website homepage • In-app notifications Continued use of VidGens after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be effective 30 days after notification.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VidGens shall be resolved through: • Good faith negotiation • Binding arbitration if negotiation fails • Jurisdiction in the courts of the United States You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
